  • Once we’re aligned, a planning fee is collected to begin crafting your journey. This fee varies based on the length of the trip, the itinerary, and the number of travelers. We’ll also gather traveler details through a simple intake form so everything is perfectly tailored.

  • Next, we present curated options and collaborate with you to fine-tune the details. Together, we select the best experiences, confirm arrangements, and secure bookings with deposits so your plans can move forward seamlessly.

  • As your trip comes together, we finalize all the details—electronic itineraries, dining reservations, tickets, and important travel information, including VISAs or ETAs if needed. You’ll receive clear, easy-to-follow instructions before departure.

  • While you’re away, our in-country partners and support team are there to assist, ensuring everything runs smoothly from start to finish—so you can simply enjoy the journey and return home with incredible memories.
